Seoul’s clinics cluster in a few neighbourhoods. The right one depends on where you’re staying, what you’re having done, and how much travelling you want on treatment days.
Most of Seoul’s skin and aesthetic clinics are south of the river in Gangnam — around Gangnam Station, Sinsa and Apgujeong, Cheongdam, and Samseong/COEX. Myeongdong, north of the river, is convenient for shopping-focused trips. For most visitors, choosing a clinic close to your hotel matters more than the “best” district.
