Korean price lists are detailed but compact. Once you know the units, you can compare clinics fairly and spot when a “cheap” price isn’t the same treatment.

Brand changes the price
The same area can cost very different amounts depending on the product. For example, wrinkle Botox at YAAN Clinic is ₩100,000 with Xeomin and ₩160,000 with Allergan. Both are legitimate; ask your doctor which suits you.
“Event” prices
Korean clinics often advertise first-visit or seasonal “event” prices. Check the dose, brand and conditions — a low event price may use fewer shots or a different product.
VAT and extras
Cosmetic procedures carry 10% VAT in Korea. Ask whether prices include it, and whether numbing, consultation or follow-ups are extra. The special VAT refund for foreigners ended after 2025.
