1. Blood draw. A sample of your own blood is taken, as for a routine blood test.

2. Separation. The blood is processed in a closed, single-use kit with three chambers that physically separate its components. Nothing is cultured or grown in a laboratory.

3. Concentrate. The kit yields a concentrate of platelets, progenitor cells and growth factors from your own blood.

4. Delivery. The concentrate is injected into the skin, neck or scalp with a precision injector, or given by IV, depending on the program.

What the program is. It is an autologous blood-derived concentrate. It is not a cultured stem cell product, and it is not donor cells.
